Today felt like a fantasy just when I was surrounded with Marchesa‘s breathtaking bridal creations. Whether it was a mermaid piece with a beautifully elongated train or a ball gown that was perfectly beaded and nipped at the waist, this collection made me completely understand why Kim Kardashian couldn’t choose between her gown choices and ended up wearing all three!

Yes Chatty O is in the big city for the much anticipated Fall 2012 Bridal Fashion Week, and what better way to start it other than with Monique L’huillier‘s ever whimsical gowns at her show. The runway was adorned with romantic lace, flowing chiffons and featherweight tulle…all to create this dreamy and ethereal collection. What I loved most was the variety of fabrics and sillouettes … there was definitely a gown for every bride’s taste!

Who remembers Hugh Jackman and Anne Hathaway‘s theatrical performance at last year’s Oscar night? To me it was very whimsical and entertaining, but what I remember most was Anne‘s enchanting Monique Lhuillier gown. The ivory tulle piece with sheer bodice and gold embroidery is like a fairytale itself … and it can even be worn as a bridal gown for those who want to opt out of a traditional bridal look. Actually Monique Lhuillier did design the same gown but all in ivory for her Fall 2009 bridal collection.
