The CFDA Awards took place yesterday, and we couldn’t be more proud of Jason Wu for picking up a Swarovski award for Womenswear and Alexander Wang for picking up a Swarovski award for Accessories … and seeing how their collections have been selling fast at AlOthman proves how much they deserve these awards!

On another note, here are my three best dressed from the event:

The first is SJP in her vibrant printed Alexander McQueen gown.  The actress  actually presented a powerful and moving speech to pay tribute to the designer. I love everything about her gown, from the pink and purple color combination to the airy and flowy train.

My second favorite was Hana Soukupova‘s white Marchesa mini dress. I just can’t keep my eyes off the heavy textured detailing of the frock … simply stunning!

Last but not least is CFDA‘s fashion icon winner (and my idol) Iman.  She looked the part in her Giambattista Valli strapless gown with a dramatic feather embellished hem.  The piece certainly fitted her like a glove and it was ideal for her memorable reward. I couldn’t stop giggling when I read that she thanked her parents for giving her the longest neck of any girl on any go-see anywhere in the world.
