Singer/actress Mandy Moore was spotted in this Lela Rose frock with net detailing on the sleeves and peplum.  The dress looked lovely on her but she completely ruined the look with the accessories.  She should have opted for golden strappy sandals rather these heavy pumps … and although the clutch had the right pop of color, its size was too overwhelming! A small satin clutch would have been the right companion.
