Here is Joy Bryant flirting with one of Matthew Williamson‘s neon baroque dresses at a VH1 event.  She accessorized the look with yellow neon sandals, a black clutch, and a leather belt.  My favorite part of this dress (which the images fail to show) is the opened back, it gives the piece a sassy element of surprise.  I also adore the eye popping palette of retro-glam neon colors we see all over the print of the dress, so if you love attention this is the right look for you!
